Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack Your Gear
Place the helmet or apparel in its original protective box and ensure all manuals and accessories are included before sealing the outer shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
